Where does Oséree ship from and which countries do you cover?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We offer worldwide express shipping to over 150 countries via premium courier services.
How should I care for my Lumière swimwear?
To maintain the signature sparkle and delicate knit of your Lumière pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid rough surfaces and do not tumble dry.
What is your return policy for swimwear?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our pieces generally run true to size. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page to help you find your perfect fit based on international conversion charts.
Are duties and taxes included in the final price?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
