At Oséree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the signature Oséree pouch and all designer labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
